Reflex running is the name I give to my run coaching approach, because I see runnning as a reflex action.
Some say running is pure, simple, innate, natural and instinctive and ought not to be taught as a technique.
Some say running is complex and needs a lot of technical practice to get right.
Running is simple. But simple doesn't always mean easy.
Running is instinctive. But instincts can be dulled.
